The Magic of Changing Your Thinking

I started to listen to audiobooks and podcasts once in a while and it has been really helpful and interesting. I highly recommend you start to do this sometimes because you'll be able to learn really insightful content, but the theme of this post actually is related to The Magic of Changing Your Thinking which is a book and also an e-book that brings the importance of changing your thinking.

The two most important lessons I noticed here was:

Stay away from negative minds they have a problem for every solution.

It is really interesting how small minds will keep you always focusing on the wrong targets. Because of this, you need to keep yourself healthy enough and stay apart from these people.

And the second lesson was as Wayne Dyer once said:

Change The Way You Look At Things And The Things You Look At Change.

So, it's really important to us redefine constantly what matters to us and what doesn't and at the same time, the meaning we give to the things actually define them because none of these things have some intrinsic value.

As Jesus once said in Matthew 6:

22 The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness…

Even Jesus 2 thousand years ago was bringing awareness on how important is to decide how to have the correct interpretation and how important is to filter what you are consuming and focusing on because these things will define you.
